 Aside from NCR's existing chapters, Kabalikat Founder stressed the need to establish more groups in the metropolis. to augment the operational activities of the Council. Recently, Bernardino Buido has formed the new Kabalikat Cubao with standing groups for establishment in Paranaque, Las Pinas, Kalookan, Novaliches and special group between the boundary of Quezon City and Marikina.
