The Kabalikat National Organization has recognized the need to established new chapters in Quezon City, Bulacan, Batangas and Laguna. Another chapter will be organized in Cubao in place of KB Cubao Meteor which has been hibernating for years. KB Meteor was then one of the outstanding groups in the NCR, it was headed by Geofrrey Lim now a PNP official in Butuan City. As relayed to this writer, after the establishment of Cubao group, three more new chapters in Paranaque City, Las Pinas and Kalookan will augment the operations needs for the NCR activities. In Bulacan, Kabalikat Governors Ed Santiago and Bishop Jimmy Soriano joined forces the creation of another KB chapter in Meycauayan. With the support of the KB Bulacan Provincial Council, the Council briefed some thirty would-be members of Kb Meyauayan. In Batangas, Governor Mike Manalo spearheaded the organization of another chapter in Taal and still two more groups on the process for orientation and recognition as official group of Kabalikat Civicom organization. Governor Nico Medina of Los Banos, Laguna at the same time is reorganizing communication volunteers in San Pedro, Laguna with the assistance of Kabalikat member co-organizer residing in the area. San Pedro then has two Kabalikat groups: the Kabalikat San Pedro and Kabalikat San Pedro Youth, both composed of active communication volunteers until later its leadership became pre-occupied on other matters which justify the excuse to became later stagnant groups. But now, with the establishment of the new group it is expected to be paragon of new organization commitment to the call of the community and the people as well. It is hope that with the lessons learned from past experiences will prevent the previous cause of why the former groups died down.
