altThe 2nd Quarter of Kabalikat Quezon Grand Assembly held in Burgos were participated in by almost 500 delegates who came all the way from several active chapters in the Province. A solemn ceremony of the rite of passage was officiated by the Founder Gil R. de la Torre to recognize and welcome 100 new members who were elevated into regular membership status. Assisting the Founder are the indefatigable Governor Marlo Cervantes and Provincial Chairman Erick Suinam.

The remote municipality of Burgos in Quezon serve as the venue for the provincial assembly and does not prevent delegates from Kabalikat active chapters  coming. Kabalikat Lucban delegation showed the most candidates for elevation. The presence of Sta Elena chapter in Camarines Norte clearly signify that more and more chapters who were misled by the breakaway group is coming back to the original Kabalikat fold. According to their members: "They can not deserve for less and copycat group used as front for civic action but clandestinely used to harrass politicians and solicit money for one's self interest.
